Prospective Students
We will not offer any residential camp options this summer but are offering many on campus day camps in addition to some virtual camp options. The on campus camp programs will be conducted in a safe way with masks, social distancing, daily health attestation forms, and morning temperature checks. We're working closely with the university Risk Management Office to develop a great safety plan while also ensuring that the camps are still fun, meaningful, and engaging. We encourage students to apply soon because we're limiting the capacity more in programs this year and some camp programs are filling up.
The LYNX National Arts and Media Camps are summer immersion programs for high school students interested in music and the arts hosted on the University of Colorado Denver campus and sponsored by the CU Denver College of Arts & Media. The camps are designed to provide students with an educational preview of the college programs offered in the College of Arts & Media while also providing students with an inspiring and memorable summer camp experience. We host high school students from many different states and countries at the camps which enables a diverse and enriching experience as students bond over a shared passion for the arts.
