Recording Arts, MS Curriculum Map
The Master of Science in Recording Arts (MSRA) is comprised of 34 credits. 15 credits are required courses, 15 credits are electives, and 4 credits are Thesis/Portfolio.
- All MSRA courses (all required courses as well as all electives) must be completed with a "B" (3.0) or better. Grades of B-/2.7 or lower cannot be used towards degree progress.
- Students must complete a minimum of 34 credits and maintain at least a 3.0 cumulative GPA.
- 24 hours of total credits must be completed in residency at CU-Denver
- Up to 9 hours of transfer credits may be applied towards the Master's Degree, per the approval of the faculty advisor or the academic advisor.
- MSRA students must apply to graduate. Go to www.ucdenver.edu/registrar for on-line Intent to Graduate Form.
- The elective course list is not exhaustive, and additional electives may be available based on instructor availability. Some current elective courses listed may be subject to discontinuation for the same reason, rendering this a tentative course offering list.
