The Colorado High School Film Festival seeks to present the films created by high schools students from Colorado and beyond. This is an opportunity for up and coming filmmakers to showcase their short films.

The College of Arts & Media hosted the inaugural Colorado High School Film Festival on March 9, 2024. Thank you to everyone who submitted films to the competition and attended the festival! We screened over 40 films and announced 3 winners.

The winner of the Colorado High School Film Festival will receive $250 credit to use for film gear rentals from Lighting Services, Inc. Thank you so much for your sponsorship!
Prizes for the Colorado High School Film Festival include scholarships to attend the LYNX National Arts & Media Camps. LYNX Camps are summer camp programs for high school students designed as educational previews of the college degree programs offered at the College of Arts & Media at CU Denver.
