Gregg Stouffer

Gregg Stouffer has been teaching all aspects of digital media at the college level for over 20 years, while maintaining an active production company working in the Colorado film, television, and advertising industry.
 
His career path has taken him from being Willie Nelson’s stunt double in a western, to producing an original TV series in the Alaskan outback, and directing the NHL All-Star Game. Along the way he has picked up an Emmy award, an MTV moonman, and a Stanley Cup ring.
 
After a seven-year career in advertising, writing and directing national campaigns for Nissan, Ford, and McDonald's, Gregg started a film production company in Denver, directing and shooting music videos (including an MTV award winner), feature films, commercials, corporate promotional videos, and documentary films.
 
He has produced and edited hundreds of episodes of television series for Travel Channel, Food Network, Animal Planet, and The Discovery Channel, and spent three seasons directing live sporting events for the Colorado Avalanche and the Denver Nuggets.
 
Stouffer has edited a dramatic series for AMC's ALLBLK channel, a Christmas movie, and several documentary features, and has been awarded a fellowship by Ken Burns' Better Angels Society. In the last year, Gregg has been nominated for Emmy awards for his work editing the Beijing Winter Olympics and a Food Network series starring Giada.
