The touchscreen walks visitors through the impact Ed "Big Daddy" Roth's counter-culture art had on a whole host of artists and creators. The influence of Roth's Rat Fink character can be seen across genres as diverse as custom car design, graphic t-shirts, animation, and even fine art.
Molly Farrell White went from film school at CU Denver straight into professional camera work. White credits the collaborative nature of CAM with helping her prepare for the fast-paced environment of real-world filmmaking.

(CU Denver News)––“When I saw the Music Business degree here, I was like, ‘Wow, what’s that? That’s cool,’” said Moff, who will receive a bachelor’s degree with a double major in Recording Arts and Music Business. “But what sold me on CU Denver was the fact that it was downtown, that it was in the city. Because I crave the city, I need that, especially for my career as a musician. I need to see the venues. I need the people.”
“The show was sold out so definitely one of the coolest moments was when we ended our set and I looked up to the venue and saw thousands of people standing, cheering, and applauding us,” says CAM student Zoe Moff, who plays bass.
After having an experience at CAM's LYNX National Arts & Media Camp that "profoundly changed" him, Sam Michelman decided to come to CU Denver for the singer/songwriter program. He has stayed because of the quality of the curriculum and the support of his peers.
Junior Bianca Rawlings is the fourth student from CAM's 3D Graphics & Animation program to land an internship with Pixar. For many who are accepted into Pixar's highly competitive program, the 12-week summer program opens the door to their dream jobs in animation.
What started as a class project for digital design students has turned into a full-fledged app that visitors to Dinosaur Ridge in Morrison, Colorado will be able to use for years to come.
Student Autumn Cierra says photography helped her "develop an understanding about the way the world works and how we as humans interact with it." Graduating this spring with her BFA, Autumn has already launched her own business.
