Travis Yamamoto

In addition to teaching piano, Travis has worked as a pianist and/or musical director for The Arvada Center for the Arts and Humanities, The Lone Tree Arts Center, The Vintage Theatre, The Central City Opera Touring Artists and The Denver Center for the Performing Arts. Also, active as a composer he has won a composition award from the National Conference on Piano Pedagogy, had two works featured on the required repertoire list of the Junior Gina Bachauer Piano Competition and been published by Warner Bros. music. In addition to the piano Travis also plays the harpsichord, clavichord and gramophone.
