Design Horizons Labs Entrepreneurial Fellow Program Launches Into Action
Alice Crogan | College of Arts & Media Apr 28, 2021Created in partnership with Creative Startups, a global startup accelerator, the program provides CU Denver students an unparalleled opportunity to develop a new creative venture tackling a pressing social or environmental challenge, establish professional networks, and build leadership skills. Students begin the venture by forming teams and being paired with entrepreneurial mentors who have found success in technology, business, and creative fields.
In November, Design Horizons Fellows Davis Jay-Harris (3D Graphics & Animation) and Cybelle Richeson, (Business) will join Associate Dean Laurie Baefsky and co-founder of Creative Start Ups, Alice Loy, at the international Society for Arts Entrepreneurship Education Conference. Associate Dean Mark Rabideau and Digital Design professor Brain Delevie will also be presenting at the conference.
