Alert: Canvas Outage Update
Canvas access has been restored for our users, but the service reliability remains uncertain. Due to recent events, Canvas has had intermittent outages which are at the discretion of the vendor and may occur during a final exam. Faculty and staff may continue to use Canvas, but we strongly advise faculty and students to prepare a contingency plan for turning in assignments and final exams in the event Canvas access becomes unavailable again.

Doug obtained a Master's of Music degree in Classical Guitar Performance from the Lamont School of Music at the University of Denver and a Bachelor's of Music degree from Towson University. His major teachers include Ricardo Iznaola and Troy King. Doug has performed in a wide range of settings, from solo classical guitar, accompanying vocalists and choirs, to guitar quartet.
As a teacher, Doug has over 15 years experience in instructing students across many styles including classical, rock, fingerstyle, and pop. He also teaches fretboard and music theory.
