Alert: Canvas Outage Update
Canvas access has been restored for our users, but the service reliability remains uncertain. Due to recent events, Canvas has had intermittent outages which are at the discretion of the vendor and may occur during a final exam. Faculty and staff may continue to use Canvas, but we strongly advise faculty and students to prepare a contingency plan for turning in assignments and final exams in the event Canvas access becomes unavailable again.

Jesse Kuroiwa is a photographer living and working in Denver, Colorado. He received his BFA from the Ohio State University and MFA from the University of Colorado Boulder. In addition to being a part-time lecturer in the College of Arts and Media, Jesse is a part-time instructor and full-time staff in the College of Architecture and Planning. He has previously held teaching positions at Metro State University and the University of Colorado Boulder.
Jesse has exhibited as an artist across the US, and his architectural photographs have appeared in Dezeen, Architect Magazine, Arch Daily, Modern in Denver, and Dwell Magazine. His artwork is focused around the topics Memory and Place, as well as the idea of the camera as a truth-telling device.
