CU Denver has been named one of MovieMaker Magazine’s Top 30 Film Schools for the fifth consecutive year. The College of Arts & Media’s Film & Television Department is a top-notch destination for film education in the Rocky Mountain West, providing hands-on experience in screenwriting, editing, camera operation, acting, and storytelling. 

The Top 30 Film Schools is an unranked guide to the top schools in the United States and Canada, highlighting the benefits of studying the field and what each individual school can offer students.   

“CU Denver’s Department of Film & Television gives students a solid foundation by teaching them every aspect of production,” the article states. “The school connects students far beyond Colorado through its Hollywood Internship Program and Bollywood Connections Study Abroad, among other programs, and students can screen their work as the bi-annual student film festival, Cinefest.”
