Karen Ludington is a transformative leader. As Assistant Dean of Business & Operations, she oversees the budget, finances, human resources, information technology, facilities management, and operations for the College of Arts & Media–– which houses three academic departments, 1,300 students, 150 faculty and staff, and multiple physical locations across the Auraria campus. Her creative and analytical problem-solving skills allow her to serve the both the people and the growth of the College of Arts & Media.
