Josh Blair is a visual artist and creative leader focused on branding, marketing, narrative, and experience. In the last 8 years, Josh has worked in multiple industries - including broadcast television, documentary film production, consulting, and event production. While consistently honing his craft as a full-time motion designer, Josh has received multiple awards for his work as a creative leader amongst his peers and as a talented motion designer - including two National Heartland Emmys. Alongside his full-time responsibilities, Josh has created and now operates his own creative studio, Estime (es-teem) - a community-focused creative studio primarily focused in the branding and motion design space. Through his design practices, artistic experience, and leadership skills, his ultimate mission is to empower others and enrich lives.
